Sangguni is a product of HNS Corp PH — a Philippine software company building practical tools for local government units. We started Sangguni after seeing first-hand how much time Sanggunian secretaries spend manually searching through boxes of ordinances.
Our mission
The Philippine Constitution guarantees citizens the right to information on matters of public concern. Local ordinances — the laws that govern barangays, municipalities, and cities — are among the most important documents an LGU produces. Yet in most LGUs, these documents are stored in filing cabinets, often undated and unsearchable.
Sangguni changes that. We give every Sanggunian Bayan and Sangguniang Panlungsod a searchable, organized digital archive — and a citizen-facing public portal that fulfills their DILG Full Disclosure Policy obligations automatically.
